Accelerator for Zap-O and other Foam CA's. Non fuming formula.

Works best on:

Zap Foam Safe Kicker (PT28, PT52) is a solvent-based accelerator to be used with the Zap line quick set adhesives, especially Zap-O.

The Zap Foam Safe Kicker formula will accelerate the cure of all cyanoacrylates, but will not attack most foam or plastic surfaces.

Note: Zap Foam Safe Kicker is available in an aerosol package (PT52) –

PROPERTIES: Appearance: Thin, straw-colored liquid with alcohol odor.

USE INSTRUCTIONS: (NOTE – Not for use in cosmetic applications).

1. Use in a well-ventilated area with fresh air source.

2. Product can be applied to surfaces prior to application of adhesive to set adhesive surface.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE:

Store in cool area away from sunlight or heat.

Stored under these conditions, a one-year shelf life can be expected.

SAFETY AND HANDLING PRECAUTIONS:

DANGER: FLAMMABLE. VAPOR HARMFUL.

Contains Isopropyl alcohol. Use & store in well-ventilated area away from heat, sparks or open flames.

Harmful by inhalation, in contact with eyes or skin and if swallowed.

Danger of cumulative effects.

Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors and skin/eye contact.

Causes respiratory tract and eye irritation.

Direct contact may damage eye tissues.

Avoid prolonged breathing of vapor. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

PT-52 Aerosol: Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents may be harmful or fatal.

FIRST AID:

Eye – flush with water for 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.

Inhalation – remove to fresh air & seek medial attention if breathing is difficult.

Skin – remove contaminated clothing, flush thoroughly with soap & water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Ingestion – if swallowed, wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Contact physician.
